Here at Swadharma Yogshala our daily timetable is strictly organized to include yoga classes, meditation sessions and free time. Your day starts with yoga exercise session in the morning, which concentrates on awakening yoga positions and breathing exercises. Following a healthy meal, you will have an opportunity to take yoga philosophy or anatomy classes to enhance your knowledge. Midday, there is some time for contemplation or walking through Rishikesh, which is very quiet.
